Job Description

Allocator – Fashion

📍 London 🕒 Full-time, Hybrid

IMMEDIATE START TEMP ROLE


We are seeking a detail-oriented Allocator to join our fast-paced fashion head office on a temporary basis. In this role, you will support the merchandising team by ensuring optimal stock levels across our online platforms, helping to maximize sales and minimize markdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate stock to meet sales demand across online channels
  • Monitor and analyse sales and stock data to support decision-making
  • Liaise with merchandising, buying, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient stock flow
  • Assist with replenishment, returns, and transfers where necessary
  • Produce allocation and performance reports as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an allocation or merchandising support role (preferably within fashion retail)
  • Strong Excel skills and data analysis capability
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
