This is a temporary role with a fast-paced, trend-led fashion brand based in London. We are seeking a creative and highly organised Digital Content Assistant to support our digital and e-commerce channels during a key trading period.

We are growing and evolving and are looking for a Digital Content Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis to support our digital and e-commerce channels.

The Role

As our Digital Content Assistant, you will support the digital and creative teams in producing, uploading, and optimising content across our website, email campaigns, and social media platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about fashion and digital storytelling, with a strong eye for detail and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and update product listings, banners, and editorial content across the website using our CMS
  • Assist with the creation and scheduling of content for email campaigns and social media channels
  • Optimise product imagery and copy to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Support with digital asset management and organisation
  • Liaise with design, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure timely delivery of content
  • Assist with basic image resizing, cropping, and file formatting as needed
  • Monitor website content for errors or inconsistencies and report/fix as required

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar content, digital marketing, or e-commerce role (internship experience welcome)
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g. Shopify, WordPress, Magento)
  • Basic Photoshop or image editing skills
  • A passion for fashion, branding, and digital content
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written communication and proofing skills
  • Able to work quickly, independently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
