We are seeking a proactive Employee Relations & HR Advisor to support warehouse and head office teams for this growing fashion retailer.

This role combines hands‑on HR administration with first‑line employee support, helping to ensure smooth HR operations and strong relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage HR administration, including new starters, leavers, and HR documentation.

Support Employee Relations (ER) for warehouse and store staff, including entry‑level queries.

Handle first‑line conversations with employees and escalated or manage formal conversations as needed.

Maintain and manage the HR inbox, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.

Support the management team in meetings, coaching, and HR‑related decision‑making.

Work closely with warehouse and store teams to resolve employee issues and ensure compliance with HR policies.

The successful candidate will have proven HR experience, ideally in employee relations and HR administration.

Candidates from a retail management background who have managed sizeable teams will be considered.

This role will be part based 2 to 3 days in the warehouse in Bedfordshire and rest of the week in their Central London Head Office.

Only candidates who can commit to the travel will be considered.
