As the brand enters an exciting new phase of growth, they’re looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to take ownership of performance strategy and execution across key social platforms.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll manage significant budgets, collaborate with creative and media partners, and drive measurable impact on customer acquisition and online revenue.
The role:
- Reporting to the Senior Paid Media Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- You’ll also oversee agency performance, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure campaigns are aligned with wider marketing and trading objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and evolve the global paid social strategy to drive high-quality traffic and new customer growth.
- Manage and optimise multi-million pound budgets to maximise efficiency and ROAS.
- Analyse performance data.
- Oversee and collaborate with media agency partners to ensure strong delivery and alignment.
- Work closely with creative and design teams to test and scale high-performing assets.
- Plan and coordinate campaigns across internal teams and external partners.
- Build relationships with platform partners to leverage new features, betas, and opportunities.
- Drive continuous testing across formats, audiences, and buying strategies.
- Stay up to date with platform developments, trends, and regulatory changes.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns in a retail or eCommerce environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC).
- Hands-on expertise across major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Experience working with and managing media agencies.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative teams.
- Commercially driven, results-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
