We’re working with a fast-growing, sustainability-led womenswear brand celebrated for its inclusive, vibrant designs and community-driven values. As the brand expands globally, they’re looking for a Wholesale Operations Coordinator to support the seamless execution of wholesale dispatch and invoicing.
This is a highly analytical, Excel-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on data accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end wholesale dispatch, tracking shipments and ensuring on-time delivery
- Raise and issue accurate invoices across multiple territories, meeting specific customer requirements
- Maintain detailed records of shipments, returns, and account data using Excel and NetSuite
- Provide reporting and insights to sales and finance teams, tracking performance against SLAs
- Communicate with wholesale clients and third-party logistics partners to resolve issues quickly
- Use Excel extensively (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to manage, reconcile, and analyse large data sets
About You
- Proficient in Excel – VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and working with large data sets
- Previous experience in wholesale operations, logistics, or sales support (fashion a bonus)
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Comfortable working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience advantageous)
