Overview
A great opportunity has arisen for an online customer service advisor to work for a swim and resortwear retailer based in central London. Suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on notice.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions via the multichannel platform, including email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
- Pack and dispatch online orders.
- Provide styling advice to customers, have an eye for style, be a problem solver, and take a proactive approach to supporting customers.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Shopify is advantageous.
