Overview

A great opportunity has arisen for an online customer service advisor to work for a swim and resortwear retailer based in central London. Suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on notice.

Responsibilities

  • Answer questions via the multichannel platform, including email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
  • Pack and dispatch online orders.
  • Provide styling advice to customers, have an eye for style, be a problem solver, and take a proactive approach to supporting customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Shopify is advantageous.
