A leading luxury travel retailer is looking to recruit a flagship manager for one of its highest-performing, multi-million-pound locations. With a strong focus on customer experience and commercial performance, this role offers the autonomy and challenge ideal for a results-driven retail leader.
This is not your average retail manager role. As flagship manager, you’ll lead a large team and work closely with head office teams—including buying and merchandising—to ensure the store is commercially optimised at all times. You’ll have strong external stakeholder relationships as key suppliers will be housed in your retail space.
What You’ll Be Doing:
– Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
– Driving exceptional customer service across all touchpoints
– Using sales data and insights to influence store layout and product range
– Managing stock levels and availability in partnership with head office
