You will need to be in the Leicestershire area for regular buyer meetings and be happy to be self-employed, whilst working in a permanent capacity for the business.

Reporting into the design manager in Bangladesh, you will be the creative lead on the department, with the ability to develop buyer relationships. Day to day you will be producing shopping and trend reports which you will feed into the team offshore; and then presenting samples to the buyers, where you will take feedback and relay to the Bangladesh team.

The role will suit a designer who is hot on trend and with a sound knowledge of working in the high street sector, ideally supply side. Initially, your focus will be on kidswear covering denim and woven product areas as this is a particular area of growth.

If you are looking to work remotely and have easy access to Leicester, we would love to hear from you.
