Salary: Up to £58,000 FTE based on experience
On behalf of a dynamic creative fashion studio, we are seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to support their growing team. This part time role three days a week is a unique opportunity for a proactive, organised professional to play a key role in maintaining the studio’s financial and operational health during an exciting period of growth.
The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero. This role is responsible for managing financial records, preparing monthly reports, generating/tracking invoices and processing monthly payroll. In addition this role will be responsible for providing essential HR and administrative support across the business. Working closely with leadership, they will help shape a smooth, inclusive, and well-structured studio environment.
The ideal candidate will have relevant bookkeeping experience, be confident in Xero, and have a strong grasp of payroll, HR processes, and general office administration.
In addition to a competitive salary, hybrid working and flexible hours this role is a part time position three days a week, based in the studio’s West London location.
