EFI Group has a bold mission to transform lives, careers and industries through pioneering, industry-led education in fashion, beauty and apprenticeships. Our vision is to deliver exceptional learning experiences, driven by innovation, inclusion, employability, and excellence.
About the role
The Teaching Assistant Coordinator & SEND Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Learning Progression team by providing high-quality administrative coordination across SEND processes, and by providing day-to-day line management and deployment of the Teaching Assistant (TA) team. The postholder ensures that administrative systems supporting learners with SEND - including EHCPs, High Needs Funding (HNF), and exam access arrangements - run accurately, efficiently and on time, while also making sure TA support is well organised, consistent and responsive to learner need across both buildings.
About you

Experience
Experience in a SEND administration role, ideally within a school, college or training provider. You will also have experience supervising, coordinating or line managing staff, such as TAs, LSAs or similar. Prior experience directly line-managing a team of TAs or LSAs and experience administering exam access arrangements would be desirable, as would experience working across multiple sites/campuses.
Expertise
You will bring working knowledge of EHCP processes and High Needs Funding (HNF) requirements.
Skills
You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines. You will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with external agencies, alongside confident use of data systems/registers and standard office software.
Values
You will demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners
