London College of Beauty Therapy (part of Education for Industry Group) is seeking a Programme Manager: Hairdressing. This is a full-time, permanent position based in London, with working days from Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturday cover may be required.

About the role
The Programme Manager: Hairdressing is responsible for the effective day-to-day leadership and delivery of our Hairdressing curriculum programme within Further Education (FE) at LCBT. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Achieving strong student outcomes and compliance with quality assurance standards.
- Collaborating with teaching staff, support services, and industry partners.
- Focusing on operational excellence, curriculum management, and learner experience.
- Carrying a teaching load appropriate to their area.

About you
Qualifications: Teaching qualification and/or educational management experience and relevant degree or postgraduate qualification.
Experience: Extensive experience in teaching and curriculum leadership within FE, HE, or Apprenticeship provision, combined with educational management expertise, a proven track record of improving student outcomes, and a strong background in team management and staff development plus industry experience in Hairdressing.
Expertise: Strong understanding of hairdressing, quality frameworks, and performance improvement processes.
Passion: Driven by a passion for inclusive, industry-aligned education and committed to raising aspirations for all learners, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire outstanding teaching teams.
