About the role
We are looking for a Programme Manager to provide academic leadership for our Masters Programmes at the Fashion Retail Academy. The Programme Manager will ensure high-quality design, effective delivery, and continuous enhancement of the programme, while maintaining excellent academic standards and strong student outcomes. Working collaboratively with academic and professional services colleagues, you will champion teaching excellence, enhance the student experience, and support learner progression and success. This is a teaching-focused leadership role with up to 450 hours of teaching per year across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. You will play an active role in delivering inspiring, high-quality teaching, including specialist delivery, timetabled sessions, and collaborative team teaching, helping to shape an excellent student experience.
About you
- Qualifications: Relevant degree or above or equivalent professional qualification, alongside a teaching qualification such as PGCE/PGCertHE.
- Experience: Operational managerial experience within an educational setting alongside experience of teaching within HE with a proven track record in curriculum leadership, improving student outcomes, and working within quality assurance frameworks.
- Expertise: Strong expertise in curriculum design and development, with a sound understanding of quality frameworks and education regulatory requirements, and experience of digital learning platforms (desirable).
- Skills: Excellent teaching, communication, organisation and planning skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Values: A strong commitment to high-quality teaching and student success, with a collaborative, inclusive approach and a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
