The EFI Group is seeking a proactive IT Service Desk Coordinator to support the London College of Beauty Therapy.
You will coordinate the day-to-day operation of the Service Desk, support junior team members, and help ensure IT issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Working closely with the IT Service Desk Manager, you will drive service improvements across the EFI Group and enhance the user experience for staff and students.
ITIL knowledge and MS technologies are advantageous.
