Fashion Retail Academy – Group Lead, Level 3 Fashion Retail (Part‑time)
Contract: Permanent – Part‑time 19.5 h (0.525 FTE). 2 days on‑site, 1 half admin day. Teaching days Mondays and Wednesdays.
About the role
Lead and inspire students on our dynamic Level 3 Fashion Retail course. Combine practical learning with key theories to drive exceptional student outcomes and develop high standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative and structured teaching, using a range of pedagogical approaches.
- Support students’ educational journey, challenging and supporting learning outcomes.
- Promote and model high standards and professional practice.
- Collaborate with colleagues to review curriculum and assessment.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to department meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one (ideal but not essential).
- Strong industry experience in Fashion Retail or experience teaching Post‑16.
- Outstanding knowledge of Fashion Retail and the industry landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; creative, enthusiastic, and driven.
