About the role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Facilities Assistant to support the day‑to‑day upkeep of our premises. In this hands‑on role you will carry out a range of general maintenance tasks to ensure the site remains safe, clean, and fully operational. This is a varied position suited to someone with a practical mindset, good attention to detail, and a flexible approach to supporting different areas of building maintenance as required.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks around the campus.
- Maintain safety standards and cleanliness.

Qualifications and experience
- No formal qualifications required, but previous relevant experience in a maintenance or facilities role is essential.
- A relevant trade background and/or health & safety certifications (e.g., CSCS card, manual handling training) are advantageous.
- Experience working in a customer‑facing or busy operational environment is beneficial.
