Education for Industry Group (Fashion Retail Academy and London College of Beauty Therapy) is seeking a Content & Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Sales team. This role is permanent and full-time, with occasional evening or Saturday work as business needs require. Any additional hours worked can be taken back as time off in lieu (TOIL).

About the role:

As a Content & Marketing Executive, you will create and deliver engaging content across our websites, email campaigns and social media channels, promoting the Fashion Retail Academy, London College of Beauty Therapy and our industry-focused services. You will work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Media and Applicant Services to support student recruitment from application through to enrolment, ensuring content is relevant, audience-focused and aligned with key campaigns.

About you:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or a related subject, and GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Experience working in a marketing, content, social media or communications role, with experience creating and managing content across digital channels, including websites, email campaigns and social media.
  • Expertise: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, confidence in analysing data and campaign performance, and an interest in the fashion, beauty and education sectors.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Values: A collaborative, proactive and solution-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement, professional development and delivering high-quality outcomes.
