Education for Industry Group (Fashion Retail Academy and London College of Beauty Therapy) is seeking a Content & Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Sales team. This role involves creating and delivering engaging content across our websites, email campaigns, and social media channels, promoting the Fashion Retail Academy, London College of Beauty Therapy, and our industry-focused services.

You will work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Media, and Applicant Services to support student recruitment from application through to enrolment, ensuring content is relevant, audience-focused, and aligned with key campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, organised, and data-driven marketer who is passionate about creating compelling content, enhancing the customer journey, and making a real impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or a related subject, and GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in a marketing, content, social media, or communications role, with experience creating and managing content across digital channels, including websites, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, confidence in analysing data and campaign performance, and an interest in the fashion, beauty, and education sectors.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement, professional development, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
