We're currently recruiting for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a premium retail brand on a temporary basis for an initial four to six weeks assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on supervisor who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading from the front. You'll support the store management team in the day‑to‑day running of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management team with daily store operations
- Open and close the store, including cash handling and banking procedures
- Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team throughout shifts
- Drive sales performance and support the achievement of store KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead by example on the shop floor
- Assist with stock management, replenishment and visual merchandising
- Support training and development of team members
- Ensure health & safety and security procedures are followed at all times
Candidate requirements
- Previous supervisory experience within retail
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail KPIs
- Confident leading teams and managing shifts independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organised, proactive and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Available to start immediately as the role is temporary
