Production Coordinator – Womenswear Supplier

Immediate Start | Temp Role

We are working with a well‑established womenswear supplier who is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join their team on an immediate‑start temporary basis.

This is a fast‑paced role supporting the production team across multiple accounts, ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail‑focused, and confident managing critical‑path activity within a supplier environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the critical path from order confirmation through to delivery
• Liaising daily with factories, mills, and internal teams
• Chasing samples, approvals, lab dips, and bulk production updates
• Monitoring production timelines and flagging risks or delays
• Maintaining accurate production trackers and systems
• Supporting costings, purchase orders, and shipping documentation where required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience in a production or production coordination role within a womenswear supplier
• Strong understanding of garment production processes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Confidence working to tight deadlines in a high‑volume environment
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
