A prestigious luxury brand is seeking a Product Development Assistant to join their head office team on an immediate start temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Product Development function within a fast-paced, high-end environment, working across luxury categories from concept through to production. This position is fully office-based (no hybrid working).

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the PD team throughout the development lifecycle
  • Managing critical path updates and sample tracking
  • Liaising with suppliers and factories regarding sampling and approvals
  • Raising POs and maintaining product data systems
  • Assisting with costings and maintaining development spreadsheets
  • Organising and preparing samples for meetings and sign-offs
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider PD team

About You

  • Previous experience as a PD Assistant within a luxury or premium fashion brand
  • Strong understanding of the product development process
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with experience liaising with international suppliers
  • Strong Excel and systems skills
  • Immediately available and able to commit to a full-time office-based role
