We’re partnering with a well‑established, medium‑sized luxury retailer based in Central London to find an experienced Ecommerce Manager for an immediate interim assignment (1‑3 months). This hands‑on role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable owning the full ecommerce lifecycle end‑to‑end.
The Role
You’ll step in to keep the ecommerce function running at pace while the business hires a permanent team member. From product setup through to performance reporting, you’ll take full ownership and ensure the online channel continues to trade effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day ecommerce operations across the website
- Own product uploads, merchandising, and onsite optimisation
- Monitor performance and produce regular trading reports
- Identify quick‑win opportunities to improve conversion and UX
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, buying, and tech
