We're looking for a driven and energetic Team Leader to join a flagship Oxford Street store for a leading lingerie and lifestyle brand known for confidence-boosting products, inclusive sizing, and empowering customers through every stage of life. With a strong presence across both stores and digital, this is a brand that blends style, comfort and innovation - and expects its leaders to bring the same energy. This is a £2million+ turnover store with a team of around 20, operating in one of the busiest retail locations in Europe. It's fast, it's demanding, and it's incredibly rewarding - perfect for someone ready to step up into a larger, more commercially driven environment.
You'll be a true floor leader - driving KPIs, coaching in the moment, and setting the tone for service and sales during high-footfall trading. Success here comes from resilience, consistency, and the ability to keep your team focused and motivated no matter how busy the day gets.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading from the front in a high-volume flagship environment
- Driving sales performance and delivering against KPIs daily
- Coaching and energising a team of 20 through peak trading periods
- Supporting the management team with store operations and standards
- Creating an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced setting
- Staying commercially aware and reactive to trade throughout the day
What we're looking for:
- Assistant Manager or experienced Supervisor ready for a larger-scale environment
- Strong KPI focus with a proven ability to drive results
- Confident, resilient leader who thrives under pressure
- Passion for customer experience and team development
- Hands-on approach - always present and leading by example
- Ambition to grow within a performance-led retail business
Salary: £31,000 + strong commission structure, with a strong commission/bonus structure. Offering 28 days holiday and a generous discount. This company has a strong learning and development program for internal progression.
