£40,000 - £42,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful international consumer products business in a role that sits at the heart of the supply chain operation.

Working as the key link between customers and internal teams, you will manage the end‑to‑end journey of direct sales orders, ensuring products are sourced, tracked and delivered efficiently. This is a highly collaborative position, requiring close interaction with operations, supply chain, finance, procurement and global logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from placement through to delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and order updates.
• Coordinate with internal and international teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor production and supply chain activity, identifying and escalating potential issues.
• Resolve order discrepancies and maintain accurate planning data.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the UK, US and Asia.

About You

• Experience within supply chain, customer service, account management or order management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and orders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently.
• Experience working within a global business or with international teams would be highly advantageous.

• Hybrid working model: 3 days office / 2 days home for those within 75 minutes of the office; 2 days office / 3 days home for those living further away (following induction).
