A global leader in the toy and consumer products industry is looking for a senior brand integrity manager. This award‑winning business creates innovative products inspired by some of the world's most recognisable entertainment and lifestyle brands. With a strong presence across EMEA and beyond, the company combines creativity, design excellence and commercial insight to deliver high‑quality licensed consumer products across multiple categories. This role offers the opportunity to play a key creative role within a growing regional team supporting one of the world's most successful plush brands.

Responsibilities

  • Working within the EMEA consumer products team, you will lead the creative relationship with licensing partners across either Softlines or Hardlines, ensuring all products, packaging and marketing assets align with brand standards and market trends.
  • Provide creative direction throughout the product development process, review approvals, manage pre‑production samples, contribute to category strategies and trend analysis, and collaborate closely with internal retail, marketing and business teams.
  • The role is highly partner‑facing and offers significant ownership, requiring someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on creative execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

  • A degree in design and significant experience within the toy, licensing or consumer products industry, ideally with licensed brands.
  • Strong design and product development expertise, experience managing creative approvals, excellent trend awareness and the ability to guide partners towards commercially successful creative solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the confidence to work independently within a lean, evolving team.
  • A minimum of five years' experience is required, with candidates having around ten years' experience and the ability to operate at senior manager level being particularly of interest.

Benefits

  • A salary of up to approximately £85,000, depending on experience, alongside a discretionary annual bonus.
