Responsibilities
- Oversee all ladies’ footwear own‑brand product line.
- Own product quality and fit, ensuring products meet internal quality standards before production and sale.
- Set and review technical standards for materials, construction, fit and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and factories.
- Monitor customer returns and satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
- Liaise with warehouse quality inspection teams and deliver training and education to other teams on quality and fit standards.
