As a Sales Manager within a well-established and well-known high street retailer, you will play a key role in leading and developing a successful team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business targets. This is a varied and fast-paced position where strong leadership, organisation and a commitment to high standards are essential. People are central to our business, and your ability to coach, support and motivate your team will be fundamental to your success. You will be part of an established store structure, working alongside the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, fellow Sales Managers, and specialist managers across stock and delivery, offering clear opportunities for progression within a respected high street brand.
About the Role- Support the Store Management team across all areas of the business, including the shop floor and back of house, and take responsibility for the store in their absence.
- Lead, manage and develop a team to ensure a consistently high standard of customer service and accurate stock management.
- Maintain a professional and positive working environment, encouraging teamwork and high performance.
- Take a proactive and hands-on approach to daily operations, adapting to the needs of the business.
- Ensure all communication is clear, accurate and aligned with business objectives.

This is a full-time, permanent position at 37.5hrs with a starting salary from £25,908 per annum.
