An exciting opportunity has come up for a Regional Business Manager to join a much-loved high street retailer, overseeing the North of England and Scotland region. This role reports directly to the Retail Director and will oversee a variety of standalone stores and concessions across multiple locations.
You’ll work closely with store managers, focusing on KPIs and driving commercial performance. You will lead and motivate teams, act as a brand ambassador, and inspire your teams to deliver excellent service within their local communities. Your strong commercial acumen will enable you to make effective in-store decisions tailored to local markets. A solid understanding of in-store HR processes and retail operations will be essential in managing people and resolving operational challenges smoothly.
Qualifications
- Have previous area or regional management experience within a large high street retailer
- Have experience within apparel/fashion retail
- Be based in the North of England not Scotland
- Be a strong communicator, able to build and maintain effective relationships across teams and markets
