We are delighted to be partnering with a successful, leading licensed company, who are looking for an Operations Manager to manage their Amazon account for the UK and EU markets. This role will start on a 12 month FTC. They are a successful, global FMCG brand that focuses heavily on licensed products tied to popular entertainment and gaming franchises. They make a wide range of products, offering something for everyone in the family!
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the full order to fulfilment execution process, ensuring operational excellence, improving customer experience metrics, and driving continuous performance improvements. The Amazon Customer Operations Manager will be highly analytical and execution-focused, owning and optimising operations and fulfilment across EU Amazon marketplaces.
This role ensures efficient execution of processes, implementing and measuring of KPIs, and continuous improvement across all fulfilment, inventory and logistics processes. The Operations Manager will lead a small team, and work closely with the Head of Amazon, the Demand Planner for Amazon and local Sales Managers across EU territories.
The successful candidate requires strong leadership skills, driving accountability throughout the Amazon Operations team through coaching and training initiatives. They are looking for someone who has experience working with Amazon and strong understandings of their metrics. You will have experience with EDI platforms, with 3PL operations and German and/or Spanish language skills would be a huge bonus!
You will manage a team of two, one senior account coordinator and one admin support person. In return the company are offering a salary of up to £63,000 depending on experience, plus an annual bonus and lots of other benefits. The role is based in central London and with hybrid working; three days in the office and two from home.
