An exciting opportunity has come up for an office manager to join a European fashion manufacturer in Vietnam. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior leader to join a reputable fashion office to continue its growth and profitability.
This role will require someone with good footwear experience, due to the main product base in the factory.
The role:
- Provide exceptional leadership, to continue the office's profit and development.
- Ensure production and product is created in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Manage the full office, including HR functions and legal matters.
- Manage operational excellence looking at opportunities to move forward.
- Ensure the supplier base is optimised and work with senior leaders.
The candidate:
- Previous office management / country management experience with a European business.
- Commercial with extensive P&L and strategy experience.
- Able to manage large teams, to ensure continuous team development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong footwear experience.
- Speaking Vietnamese and Mandarin would be advantageous.
