We're looking for a Merchandise Operations Assistant to join the team of a contemporary womenswear fashion brand based in East London. This is a great opportunity for someone highly organised with strong Excel skills who's looking to gain further experience within merchandising operations, logistics, and wholesale support in a fast-paced fashion environment. This is a temporary position for around 6 months to start ASAP, therefore suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on notice.

The role:

  • Support the team with inbound deliveries, shipment tracking, and warehouse intake coordination.
  • Maintain and update shipment trackers, purchase orders, and intake schedules across internal systems.
  • Assist with wholesale order administration, delivery coordination, and shipping documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to support smooth stock flow and timely deliveries.
  • Support with stock availability reporting and general operational administration.
  • Help ensure all operational data is accurate and updated consistently.

The candidate:

  • Previous experience in an admin, merchandising admin, wholesale admin, logistics admin, or operations support role.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence managing data and trackers.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion or retail environment with changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Previous retail or fashion head office experience is preferred.
