We're recruiting a temporary merchandiser to join a fast‑growing, fashion‑led retail business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support an omnichannel trading team, working across stores and digital to optimise performance and drive actionable commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support long‑term range and trading strategies to maximise profitability across all channels
  • Analyse sales, stock levels and margin performance to inform decisions and identify opportunities
  • Build and manage seasonal ranges, including historical analysis and sizing decisions
  • Control stock levels against plan and manage critical path from style booking to stock arrival
  • Provide competitor analysis and actionable insights to support trading decisions
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver department and business objectives

About You

  • Previous experience as an established retail merchandiser within an apparel head office
  • Numerate, data‑driven and comfortable making trading decisions at pace
  • Proactive, organised, resilient, and able to adapt to a fast‑moving environment
  • Strong communicator and team player with a collaborative approach
  • Commercially aware with proven experience in merchandising or trading
