Partnering with a leading high‑street footwear brand, this role is hybrid with four days in the office and one day from home. The company is open to part‑time arrangements of 3–4 office days, with salary pro‑rated accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all ladies’ footwear own‑brand product line.
  • Own product quality and fit, ensuring products meet internal quality standards before production and sale.
  • Set and review technical standards for materials, construction, fit and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and factories.
  • Monitor customer returns and satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with warehouse quality inspection teams and deliver training and education to other teams on quality and fit standards.
  • Act as an expert on UK and international footwear regulations.
