This premium retailer is seeking a retail operations coordinator to support on a temporary basis. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales order entry and admin
- Liaising with Logistics and warehouses
- Invoicing and shipment
- Carrying out PO raising/sending orders to suppliers/manual updates to the system (dates/ports etc)
- Supporting teams with general administration duties such as data entry, filing and communications.
The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills as well as a good understanding of the retail industry in a similar role. You will also be confident networking and liaising with senior team members.
This is a temporary position with full-time hours that offers hybrid working. As a temp, you will receive a competitive salary rate that is paid on a weekly basis as well as paid holiday and the opportunity to further your skills working within a creative and fast-paced beauty head office.
