A luxury department store celebrated for its iconic prints and beautiful design is looking for a Project Planner to help bring its retail spaces to life. Working with the Senior Store Project Manager, this role supports the delivery of store projects, popâups, and concessions - from first layouts to final installation. The Project Planner coordinates activity, produces highâquality CAD and space planning drawings, and keeps projects moving smoothly, on time, and on brand.
What They'll Do
- Coordinate store projects, popâups, and concessions from planning to completion
- Manage project schedules, trackers, and documentation
- Produce accurate CAD drawings, layouts, and space plans
- Create 3D visuals and SketchUp models to communicate design intent
- Translate concepts into clear, buildâready technical drawings
- Carry out site surveys and check drawings before issue
- Support communication across Store Projects, VM, Buying, brands, and suppliers
- Assist with cost tracking and basic project administration
What They'll Bring
- Strong AutoCAD (2D) skills; SketchUp or similar 3D experience
- Confident producing technical, construction, and space planning drawings
