A leading multi-brand consumer and luxury retail business is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join its UK HR leadership team. The business manages a high-profile portfolio of luxury brands across fragrance, makeup and skincare.
Key Responsibilities
- This role partners across both retail operations and corporate/HQ functions, leading a small team of HR Advisers and working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver organisational change, talent strategy and effective day-to-day people leadership.
Key Competencies and Requirements
- Proven experience operating at Senior HR Business Partner level
- HR partnering experience within retail, ideally spanning retail operations and HQ/corporate environments
- Backgrounds within retail, luxury or consumer brands operating at scale - beauty would be an advantage
- Strong senior-level stakeholder management capability
- Experience leading teams and supporting organisation design and change
- A collaborative, commercial and adaptable approach
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
