We are seeking a proactive Employee Relations & HR Advisor to support warehouse and head office teams for this growing fashion retailer. This role combines hands-on HR administration with first-line employee support, helping to ensure smooth HR operations and strong relationships across the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration, including new starters, leavers, and HR documentation.
- Support Employee Relations (ER) for warehouse and store staff, including entry-level queries.
- Handle first-line conversations with employees and escalate or manage formal conversations as needed.
- Maintain and manage the HR inbox, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the management team in meetings, coaching, and HR-related decision-making.
- Work closely with warehouse and store teams to resolve employee issues and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have proven HR experience, ideally in employee relations and HR administration.
- Strong communication skills are a must and you will be confident in coaching and advising managers on HR matters.
- This role will be part based 2 to 3 days in the warehouse in Bedfordshire and rest of the week in their Central London Head Office.
