An exciting opportunity has come up for a country manager to join a European fashion manufacturer in Vietnam. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior leader to join a reputable fashion office to continue its growth and profitability. This role will require someone with good footwear experience, due to the main product base in factory.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional leadership, to continue the office's profit and development
- Ensure production and product is created in a timely and high quality manner
- Manage the full office, including HR functions and legal matters
- Manage operational excellence looking at opportunities to move forward
- Ensure the supplier base is optimised and work with senior leaders
Qualifications
- Previous office management / country management experience with a European business
- Commercial with extensive P&N and strategy experience
- Able to manage large teams, to ensure continuous team development
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong footwear experience
- Communication skills in Vietnamese, Mandarin would be a bonus.
