Role Overview

This is a varied and hands‑on role supporting clients across legal, judicial and ceremonial markets. Responsibilities include managing customer enquiries, coordinating orders from initial consultation through to fulfilment, overseeing stock movements and hire inventory, supporting logistics and supplier relationships, attending client events and ceremonies, and identifying opportunities for business development. You will work closely with internal production teams and external partners to ensure a seamless client experience while contributing to operational improvements and product development initiatives.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware professional with strong client‑facing experience gained within account management, customer service, sales support or business development environments. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, hands‑on approach to problem solving.
