We are recruiting a Beauty Department Manager to oversee the beauty division for a leading London department store. In this high-impact role, you will lead a large team and drive the commercial strategy to deliver exceptional results across sales, service, and customer engagement.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading and inspiring a sizeable beauty team to achieve sales, engagement, and conversion targets.
  • Delivering the commercial plan while ensuring an elevated customer experience across all beauty categories.
  • Coaching and developing managers to optimise performance and meet business objectives.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to execute strategy and uphold the luxury/premium service proposition.

About You:

  • Currently operating in a senior leadership role within beauty or personal care.
  • Experienced in managing managers and driving performance across multiple teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a deep understanding of premium and luxury beauty environments.
  • Confident, commercially minded, and service-driven.

The basic salary is up to £70,000, depending on experience. This is a London-based role, working 5 out of 7 days, including weekends on a rota. Full list of benefits and a good bonus structure.
