A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a junior merchandiser to join a desirable brand known for floral prints, dresses, soft silhouettes, and versatile, feminine, trend-seeking styles.
Responsibilities
- Using exceptional forecasting and analytical skills, the junior merchandiser will support the senior merchandiser in driving sales and optimising profitability.
- The role involves managing the weekly trade, analysing sales and stock, overseeing margins, identifying opportunities and risks, and working on markdown and promotional activities to maximise profit and sell-thru.
- It also requires close collaboration with the buying and design teams to build and trade commercial ranges.
Qualifications
- Highly confident with Excel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence business decisions.
- Experience working with volume in a fast-paced environment, confident and competent in planning and reforecasting WSSIs, identifying risks, and controlling stock levels.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach, experience managing an MAA and AM.
