An industry leading UK food chain is looking to recruit an experienced HR business partner to join their already successful HR team in Central London. This exciting HR role will lead and support in the successful design, build and execution of projects, as well as holding full responsibility for ER within this division.
This is a rich and varied role that would suit someone who has the ability to manage projects and proposals independently, lead on ER cases and would like variety and creativity in their role. There is a lot of scope for you to make this role your own and quickly become an integral part of the wider team.
To be successful the ideal candidate will come from a hospitality background to ensure there is an existing understanding of the lifecycle of functions, roles and dynamics relevant to the position. They are looking for someone with proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, who works collaboratively, and is able to win hearts and minds in order to affect change.
