An exciting opportunity has come up for a head of merchandise planning to join a high performing well-loved sports brand in its HQ! This is an integral role that will see you drive product assortment and inventory planning across the group.
The role:
- Lead the merchandise planning team to deliver performance and development
- Provide clear and actionable assortment and buy plans
- Look for opportunities of growth by looking at trends and competitors
- Oversee the full merchandise planning cycle
- Manage merchandise forecasts and budgets
The candidate:
- Previous experience in merchandising leadership roles
- Experience with apparel, and ideally some sportswear
- Highly analytical and commercial
- Able to use analytics tools, and Excel
