An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global sourcing operation as their Talent Acquisition and HR Manager. This role is based in Hong Kong and has a global scope, working across all roles and HR functions.
The role:
- Deliver a people strategy tailored to each office\’s challenges and successes.
- Lead focus groups with senior management on people and HR issues.
- Develop strong relationships with managers of each sourcing office.
- Create and deliver training materials.
- Empower sourcing office managers to lead HR issues through coaching and training.
- Manage the recruitment of expatriate employees.
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes.
- Source new talent and build a pool of high-caliber candidates.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
The candidate:
- Experience in management HR generalist roles.
- Level 7 CIPD qualification is desirable.
- Strong recruitment background.
- Experience in retail or fashion is a plus.
