An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global sourcing operation as their Talent Acquisition and HR Manager. This role is based in Hong Kong and has a global scope, working across all roles and HR functions.
The role:
- Delivering a people strategy tailored to each office\’s challenges and successes.
- Leading focus groups with senior management on people and HR topics.
- Developing strong relationships with managers of each sourcing office.
- Developing and delivering training materials.
- Empowering managers in sourcing offices to lead HR issues through coaching and training.
- Handling recruitment of expatriate employees.
- Managing onboarding and induction processes.
- Sourcing new talent and building a pool of high-caliber candidates.
- Managing relationships with recruitment agencies.
The candidate:
- Previous experience in management HR generalist roles.
- Level 7 CIPD qualification is desirable.
- Strong recruitment experience.
- A background in retail or fashion is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior management.
- Ideally based in Hong Kong.
