Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and commercial performance.
  • Motivate and develop a high-performing team, manage staffing levels and rotas, oversee stock control and inventory management, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities to drive revenue, and create an engaging shopping environment that reflects the company's values and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail management experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail environments.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams to achieve their full potential.

Benefits

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £31,000 per annum, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
