We are recruiting for a Garment Technologist Assistant to join a growing fashion and activewear business on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and an interest in garment technology, fit and product development to support a busy Technical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Garment Technologists
- Maintain product development files, trackers and technical information
- Coordinate samples with suppliers and the wider product team
- Support fit sessions and record follow-up actions
- Assist with supplier communication and critical path updates
- Organise samples, fit models and wearer trials
- Track fabric and garment testing reports
- Support care label administration and general Technical team projects
About you
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Excel and Google Docs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and keen to learn
- Interest in garment construction, fit and product development
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous fashion or activewear experience would be beneficial
