An exciting opportunity has come up for a footwear design manager to join a premium brand in their London head office.

The role will predominantly focus on leading a team to design the womenswear collection, but also collaborate with teams overseas.

As a design manager, you will be responsible for the team in London, as well as designers in China too. You will be creative and commercial, able to inspire and delegate.

You will oversee the full design cycle, from concept through to development and final sample. You will be up to date with new technologies, fabrics, and techniques to keep up with innovations.

To be successful in this role you will:

  1. Be working as an established senior footwear designer or manager
  2. Have a trend-driven commercial portfolio
  3. Thorough understanding of footwear construction and development

This is a great role with a salary up to £75,000 based on experience, plus great discounts and pension.
