A leading luxury travel retailer is looking to recruit a flagship manager for one of its highest-performing, multi-million-pound locations. With a strong focus on customer experience and commercial performance, this role offers the autonomy and challenge ideal for a results-driven retail leader.
This is not your average retail manager role. As flagship manager, you\’ll lead a large team and work closely with head office teams-including buying and merchandising-to ensure the store is commercially optimised at all times. You\’ll have strong external stakeholder relationships as key suppliers will be housed in your retail space.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
– Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
– Driving exceptional customer service across all touchpoints

– Managing stock levels and availability in partnership with head office
