We are looking for an ER advisor for a 10 week basis, to join a market-leading quick-service restaurant business with a strong presence across the UK and a reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As part of a collaborative and people-focused organisation, you'll play a key role in supporting operational teams and helping to create a positive and fair working environment for employees across the business.

As an employee relations advisor, you will manage a varied and high-volume employee relations caseload, providing expert guidance on matters including absence management, performance issues, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and appeals. Working closely with the wider people team, you will ensure cases are handled efficiently and in line with company policies, escalating complex issues where required and supporting the business in minimising risk while maintaining a fair and consistent approach.

To be successful, you will have proven employee relations experience, with a strong understanding of UK employment law and confidence managing complex casework in a fast-paced environment. You will be an excellent communicator with strong influencing and relationship-building skills, capable of handling sensitive conversations and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice. The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels is essential.

In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum and the chance to work within a supportive and high-performing team. This role offers flexible working, with either fully remote working or a hybrid arrangement of two days per week in the office, depending on business requirements.
