As the Interim eCommerce Finance & Reconciliation Specialist, you will:

  • Review and document end-to-end financial processes across multiple eCommerce channels.
  • Reconcile transactions between Shopify, SAP Business One, ERP systems and payment providers.
  • Investigate reconciliation discrepancies.
  • Analyse marketplace settlement reports and resolve timing, FX and returns-related issues.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT and operational teams to strengthen controls.
  • Produce clear documentation and templates while recommending process improvements to reduce manual intervention.

The successful candidate will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with at least three years' experience in a similar finance or reconciliation role, ideally within retail or wholesale. You'll have advanced Excel skills, strong accounting systems knowledge, excellent analytical and communication abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. The role also requires someone who performs well under pressure, enjoys solving complex problems and works effectively as part of a team.

In return, you'll benefit from a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £70,000 depending on experience.
